General questions

Tell us what you are trying to make.

For feedback, bug reports, accessibility questions, or help choosing a tool, email the Font Builders team at [email protected]. Include the page URL, the device or browser you used, and a short description of what happened when that context is relevant.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in a support message. A short example phrase is usually enough for us to understand a generator issue.

Before you write

A few details can help us respond faster.

• Which Font Builders page or generator were you using?
• What did you expect to happen, and what happened instead?
• Which browser and device show the problem?
• Does the result change when you try a shorter phrase or another style?

Font licensing questions

Font Builders can help you explore a visual direction, but the creator or distributor of a specific font controls its license. For permission, redistribution, or commercial-use questions, check the license supplied with that font or contact its creator directly.
